2024 was a year of growth and learning for agritourism events at beautiful farms, from the immaculate Kuipers Family Farm to the colorful Arrowhead Farmstead. Together, these events brought joy to thousands of families and created unforgettable memories.
We’re thrilled that all five of our farm partners have chosen to rebook Dino Fest for 2025, with Roba Family Farms now entering their third year with us. As we look ahead, we’re excited to introduce new opportunities, enhancements, and themes, along with flexible booking options to help make 2025 even more successful.
Success in 2024: A Foundation for Growth
In 2024, most of our farm partners debuted the Dino Fest agritourism event for their guests—attracting both existing and new visitors. As a year-one attraction, bringing in the numbers they did was a significant milestone for the first year of hosting a new experience. These outcomes reflect the strong potential of immersive, family-friendly events in driving both revenue and community engagement.
This success has inspired us to refine and improve what we offer for 2025, including:
- Enhanced entertainment and an expanded lineup of dinosaurs and props for Dino Fest.
- Exciting new themes like Fable Fest and Ocean Fest.
- Increased digital marketing support to help maximize attendance and profitability, whether through flat-rate booking or the gate-share option.
These updates are designed to build on the success of 2024 and create even greater value for guests and hosts alike.
What’s New for 2025? Expanding Opportunities
While dinosaurs remain a fan favorite, World Crafters is thrilled to introduce new agritourism events for 2025. Each theme includes a carefully curated set of attractions and interactive elements tailored to delight visitors of all ages:

Flexible Booking Options for 2025
World Crafters now offers two flexible booking models designed to meet the unique needs of each agritourism partner:
Flat-Rate Booking:
- Best For: Farms seeking predictable costs, choosing to blend a theme with a preexisting season or with a strong marketing engine.
- What It Includes: Fixed pricing covers setup, basic marketing, entertainment, and breakdown.
Gate-Share Model:
- Best For: Farms looking to minimize upfront costs and leverage World Crafter’s marketing investments, while sharing in the event’s success.
- What It Includes: Low upfront investment credited back through ticket revenue, co-marketing efforts with a high marketing budget provided by World Crafters to help ensure ticket sales success.

- Expanding on partner feedback and marketing results from 2024, we’re excited to offer included marketing support for both flat-rate bookings and our new Gate Share option, which leverages the full suite of our marketing capabilities. On average, our marketing efforts delivered a 20–25x return per dollar spent, providing strong momentum heading into 2025.
- Slots are limited for 2025, and while partner dates for Dino Fest are already filling up, we still have availability for Fairytale Fest and Ocean Fest. A special shoutout to Brown and Brown Farms in Ocala for being our first official partner for Fairytale Fest in 2025 through our Gate Share option!
