This depends on the delivery location you provide, but we aim to deliver all products within two weeks.
We utilize a range of trucks, with our largest being 53-foot semi-trucks.
Shipping costs start at approximately $2,000 and are calculated based on the delivery location.
Example: Shipping 800 miles from our Middle Georgia location using a 53-foot truck will cost about $2,500.

We offer installation packages. Installation costs vary based on the number of technicians needed and the products purchased.
Yes, we offer a 6-month limited warranty on new products and a 1-month limited warranty on used products. Please note that used products are sold AS IS, and the warranty is limited to remote assistance and replacement parts only.
Used Product Warranty:
When you purchase a used product, you have one month from the date of delivery to test and verify that the product is in the condition we graded it for. During this period, if any discrepancies arise between the product’s actual condition and our assessment, we will address them accordingly. After this one-month period, the warranty expires.
For new products, the 6-month warranty includes both parts and remote assistance.
Both warranties cover remote support and include replacement parts, but no labor or on-site assistance is provided.
